extraordinary

haha yup. it's rather unusual for me to blog at this time. cos it's thurs n i shld be sleeping or slacking after work. a lot of stuff happened in e past 1 week or so. my 6 days taiwan trip from 23 mar-28mar has been cfm finally. which means more to be money spent. in times like this. :/ well, jus gotta work extra n doubly hard upon my return. :) was looking for tuition n mr chan happened to call me with a handful of sec 4 students signing up for e combined chem class. hopefully their enrolment cn be cfm soon so tt i cn start teaching every thurs from 1930-2100hr. :) carmela is nice enuff to draw me a map to get there by bus 88. haha.

work at both places were pretty much the same jus tt i started e week by sticking blue-tac on e 3 paintings. had to climb up on e chair to fix e paintings on e wall near e entrance while pple walked in n out. was darn darn embarrassed. but had to do it nonetheless. my 1st attempt cause blue tac to scatter all over e beige wall n hmm i added some additional colouring to e wall as well. heh. but it's kinda interesting. i guess not many temp staff will have this kind of xperience. :D my 1st wed nite with carms alone with e locum doc. were practically stoning in e clinic. luckily there's patient cards for us to arrange n update. n patients onli start rushing in in e last 30 mins. =.= don noe y it has becum a trend these few weeks. so we ended up gg home late as usual. :( had a deep cut on my last right toe. it hurts ALOT. still couldnt figure out how it came abt though. :(

tmr is fri! :) means last day of e week!! but it oso means e mth is drawing to an end n e a's results are cuming out SOON. :( less than 10 days to mar 6. some may say even lesser days to mar 2. :( me n carms were havin loas of nitemares over it. well, i shant ponder over wat had happened n should look forward to 1st mar. 09's 1st ever ubin trip! :D hopefully many will turn up. n we cn have an enjoyable day b4 D Day cums. pretty much like e last supper. haha.

haji lane :)

haha. i'm a little kua zhang this week. this is my 3rd entry le. hee. anw, went to haji lane with denise last last sat. haha yup. this is a very outdated post. our 1st time there. it's really a lane n u could jus miss it if u werent careful enuff. went window shopping there cos e stuff were really ex. didnt wan to waste too much money when there's a cheaper option jus across e street. haha. so we were practically jus there to check out e kind of clothes n to search for e shop denise saw online. most of e shops were converted from shophouses n e deco were pretty exquisite n delicate. so it left us with no choice but to camwhore. haha.

friday nite out

fri @ imh was pretty extraordinary. many foreigners suddenly came up to our dept wishin to apply for jobs. e application forms vanished within minutes. had to do 3 rds of printing. resume stack at jas's table is abt 12 cm tall. yup. it's one word: WOW.

went to mushi murai @ northpoint with ken n cand on fri. it was crowded as usual. with loads of pple queueing n waiting for seats. we found window seats after much waiting. :) went to order teriyaki chicken bowl while ken had seafood omelette n cand had beef omelette.

just cnt stop camwhoring. haha.

time n moments

went to watch benjamin buttons with shina, cand, ken, yl n ee huai last sun @ GV viviocity. as usual, i was late. :D mistaken outram park for harbourfront stn n stone at e mrt train map for a long time b4 realising i gt down at e wrong stop. guess too much contemplation in e train does affect. yup. met e usual cand, ken, yl n shina. saw huai after a loooong time. he's still looking fine jus kinda nt used to his hairstyle. haha. benjamin buttons lasted for 3 hrs but it's indeed a worth-it. touchin show which made me teared a little near e endin but nt as much as cand did. russ mus be feelin =.= sittin beside her. haha.

went to dine at carl's jr after e movie. was kinda sick of western food after cafe cartel n carl's for 2 consecutive days. walked ard vivo aimlessly after eating b4 we went in e national geographic concept store. saw many different interestin pictures n scenes from different parts of e world. e store looked more like a miniature museum to me. haha. saw fossils of ancient fish species. went home after tt since all of us had gt to work e next day. still an enjoyable day with everyone's presence. :)

valentine's day

had a bad start on valentine morn. went to work as usual onli to realise tt there's more to wat i expected. :( carried an empty stomach till 1300hr n met denise at suntec for e ntu talk. saw ALOT of couples along e way from citylink to suntec while i gobbled down my bread n puff. hmm..

yup. met denise n her mum at e ctc booth. went to listen to sport management n science talk. luckily they had another slot at 1400hr. so i managed to catch it in time. met maye, qp, joee n ken in e seminar rm as well. was kinda interested in sports medicine. oh well, cn try for tt since i wouldnt be able to get into medicine. haha. saw belle n min along e way tgt with jing rong n mun yee. it had been a loooong time since i saw rong n yee. nt much changes though.

yup. followed deinse to e buisness talk as well. met zhijun on e way n e business talk was so boring to me tt i fell asleep several times. heh. guess business is jus nt for me. maybe HR...

though i wasnt with e rest of 09 peeps but maye is kind enuff to send e photos. had dinner with qp, maye, hy, ken n cand at the cafe cartel. hopefully e four of us werent gooseberries for e couple. heh. :P

09 gathering :)

haha. went to meet 09 peeps after work last thurs. had lou hei n dian xiao er ON E SAME DAY!! how cn i nt grow FAT!! :( yup. this is an old post. was waiting for phe to send me e photos but didnt realise she actually send it to my inbox until i checked my mail today. haha. we went at cwp for dian xiao er. we include me, phe, jo, ken, cand, belle, min n yl. :)

the food tasted superb!! it was value for money indeed. 19 bucks well spent. mus thank phe for introducing e correct dishes. :) it was yet another warming 09 gathering. well spent quality time with food, drinks, laughter n each other presence. ;)

their menu was really e old fashioned type. with those mi ji look.

haha. had 2 lou-heis this week. 1 was with e HR dept on mon n e other with e finance dept on thurs. couldnt take any pics for e lou hei with HR peeps cos e DD was there. e HR lou hei was more 'serious' as compared with e 1 i'd with e finance peeps. haha. luckily denise brought along her camera for e 1 with e finance peeps. enjoyed both lou-heis. n now i noe wat i'm supposed to say for each ingredient in e yusheng all thanks to jason. :)
