the golden bands tt will intertwine them tgt forever! ♥ attended cousin wenni's ROM at peach garden ytd. it was a long awaited ROM. congrats to both! i was kinda touched and almost teared during the ceremony. hahas. perhaps cos it had been quite awhile since i attended such a ceremony. and i realised cousin wenni has a natural glow on her face ytd. it must be becos she's feeling blessed, blissful and loved! to be loved and be in love is such a wonderful thing (: after the ROM lunch, i cnt wait for their wedding dinner. HAHA.
1st jan- open house
the prayer hall in my house officially opened on 1st jan. had to wake up at 0800hr when i onli turned in at 0230hr after coming back home from countdown. YAWNS. pple started streamin into my house at 1000hr. i was pretty lost thru out the entire thing and luckily i had the company of min, belle, cand and ken. thanks for comin down. hope u guys enjoy the food. sneaked out with them for an hr and we had hilarious moments @ mac doin acronyms. HAHA. the entire thing ended at 1900hr at my house. after everyone left, i had to clean the pots and pans, clear rubbish, sweep and mop the entire house. my bro gt to remove all the bedsheets and clean the hall. we were both shagged after everything. nothing much was left to eat so we left the rice and food to our parents and drank soup. the mushroom soup is really awesome. we drank like 2 big bowls and ate loads of mushrooms. hahas.
31 dec- COUNTDOWN!!!
went to minds cafe @ boat quay with maye, qp, cand and ken. photos up on facebook! :D ate my long awaited soya icecream cone with cand on our way to find minds cafe. we had loads of fun playing board games like taboo, fastest finger first and my fave- UGLYROLL! ♥ we had dinner there and head down to raffles place and sat down to wait for the coutndown and fireworks. maye, qp, ken and i played the concentration game- chinese lame version. it was really hilarious and fun! i think other pple oso tot so cos e grp of pple sitting behind us started playin too after we stopped. HAHA. it was the 1st time i was out on new yr's eve and the fireworks were awesome. for the 1min plus of fireworks, i tot tt it was great to be alive to watch such beautiful things. but of course reality gt the best of me. and everything went back to normal after tt. hahas. the journey back to raffles mrt is torture. pple were everywhere and we even gt stuck near the mrt passageway and it was damn stuffy there. ): luckily the train wasnt so packed at raffles but it gt real terrible at orchard. u cn literally see a crowd of pple standing outside the door, tryin to get in. 1 tourist standing near me gt so amazed tt he started takin out his canon camera and started takin pics of the scene. =.= everyone started to get off at amk and tpy so it gt less crowded along the way. i almost sprinted home as i jus wanted to get home to sleep but i ended up watchin tv after bathing. HAHA.
sch is started in 1 wk's time and it's time to bid too. ): off to cameron-genting-KL ltr nite till 08 jan. (: hopefully it will be a fun trip with the pharm pple. till then!
